Celebrated Meru Governor Her Excellency honourable Kawira Mwangaza used the better part of her Mashujaa Day Celebrations Speech at Kinoru Stadium calling on Members of County Assembly to a round table for talks.
After weeks of drama, pull and push between governor Kawira Mwangaza and Meru MCAs, there are finally signs of white smoke that the beef may end as soon as the governor holds talks with the assembly.
The MCAs while addressing the media through their speaker Ayub Bundi accused the governor of denying them audience. They claimed they wanted to discuss her development manifestos but the governor was allegedly not willing to meet them.
Following invitation by the governor for discussions, the MCAs will surely given in to her calls since it is basically what they have been demanding - an audience with the governor.
This is good news to the people of Meru County who eagerly waiting for delivery of the goodies they were promised during the campaigns period.
