Sources are saying the MCAs are planning to treat him the way they treated former governor, Ferdinand Waititu alias Baba Yao.
Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has alleged the MCAs are planning to impeach a governor for the second time.
Dr Nyoro who became the governor after his former boss, Ferdinand Waititu was impeached could be served with the same lesson if Moses Kuria's allegations are anything to with.
Kuria has accused Dr Nyoro of causing chaos in Juja during a by-election.
Besides asking the IEBC to persecute him, he also wants MCAs to play their impeaching part.
Earlier on, IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati asked the DPP to persecute all those who involved in the Juja by-election drama.
"We have held several discussions with Kiambu MCAs regarding the criminal conduct of Governor James Nyoro. As the DPP takes up the matter following the directions of the IEBC, the MCAs will concurrently move to impeach Dr Nyoro
