As People's Daily reports, president William Ruto has promised to take care of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio la Umoja one Kenya coalition's chief principal Raila Odinga and their allies. Speaking in Raila Odinga's backyard in Homabay, President William Ruto said that his government will not advocate for ethnicity and partiality among Kenyans.
This comes as President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga were against President William Ruto during the campaign trail. President Uhuru Kenyatta asked Kenyans to vote for Raila Odinga and despise William Ruto.
However, president William Ruto won the election again his major competitor Raila Odinga who enjoyed President Uhuru Kenyatta's support. President William Ruto has vowed to take care of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga with their supporters.
