Vocal Nyeri politician has come out to reveal that Raila Odinga was once his lecturer. This is during Azimio La Umoja visit to Nyeri which was led by both Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua. Together, the duo managed to pull huge crowds all in hunt of the Central Kenya votes

Also present was former Nyeri Senator Ephraim Maina who will be seeking the Nyeri Gubernatorial seat. Maina will be the Azimio flag bearer in this race where he will use the Jubilee ticket against incumbent Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga of UDA Party. While addressing the Nyeri residents, Ephraim Maina has revealed that Raila was his lecturer in 1973 at UoN.
This comes weeks after questions of Raila's Education qualifications and whether he was once indeed a lecture. Maina has noted that he is confident that Raila will solve the problems Kenyans are currently facing thus they should vote for him as the successor of President Uhuru Kenyatta
