Big Blow to Siaya Senator James Orengo as he is Finally Punished And Left on Crossroads

The political tension is sweeping the country more than wild fire. Legislators and other leaders turn against each other over the BBI report. The country is suffering from corruption and the pandemic, which has handicapped lives of many Kenyans from the collapsing economy. The 2022 general elections are approaching in fast. But with the country under lockdown the campaigns were stopped by the Head of state and this is piling pressure among political leaders, who have ambitious and all can be expressed by what is happening in various camps. ODM Party being among the most hit hard as differences clearly emerge on the BBI report.

The 2017 presidential election petition put section of law makers on top after Raila Odinga disputed President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP William Ruto’s win. This saw brains like Senator James Orengo battle with powerful jubilee lawyers like Fred Ngatia but ODM Party emerged the winner. Senator James Orengo is among the most respected lawyers in the country who is well known for not loosing cases easily.

Former KPA managing director Daniel Manduku who is facing corruption charges was to be represented by Senator James Orengo but the court barred him from doing that.

According to Nation Africa News, HIGH COURT blocks govt from repatriating refugees, asylum seekers at Kakuma and Dadaab camps following petition by Kituo Cha Sheria." This is a huge blow to Orengo and Manduku who was expecting to be represented.
