Honorable Kanini Kega congratulated the police manning different polling stations in Kiambaa constituency. The Mp pointed out that their political competitors in UDA party had tried causing chaos and confusion where youths believed to be in their camp tried humiliating the majority senate leader Amos Kimunya.
Kanini further said that despite a few issues from their rivals, the police were able to step up their game and avert unnecessary fights. He exuded confidence that their Jubilee candidate was going to win with a lot of ease because the residents believed in him. He said that the turnout was good and that showed that the locals were ready for the change.
Other leaders who spoke also noted that the whole voting process was smooth and it was a matter of time the people were going to get their leader the same day. Honorable Sabina Chege encouraged the locals to support their own because he resonated very well with the challenges they were going through.
