The Majority Whip in the National Assembly who is also the member of Parliament for South Mugirango Constituency has urged the controller of budget to chose on the side where she wants to be. According to Osoro, the controller of budget should remain to be a Whistle-blower or Resign and be charged in a court of law.

It's clear to Silvanus Osoro that a lot of money was lost during Uhuru's regime and such must be investigated as quickly as possible. It's obvious that the handshake partners must have misused so much resources.
President Ruto has remained clear that his agenda for the country remains firm and solid especially in the fight against plunder of public resources. It's obvious that, Ruto is keen to look for all handshake characters who stole from the public.
Osoro has urged the controller kb budget to reveal more details on the amount of money which got lost during Uhuru's tenure. It's obvious that it's not only 15 Billion which she was was asked to reveal but more taxes might have been stolen.
