The Seven- judge bench sitting in the Court Of Appeal Termed BBI illegal and Unconstitutional. This gave Ruto a big win, he later thanks the Almighty for Saving Kenyan from the hands of fraudsters . Ruto also claimed That BBI was a political project that was only determine positions in the government but not improve the economy of Kenya.
Tension between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto has gone so high, that made Uhuru reveal why Ruto is always unwelcome in the State meetings. This clearly came out after president Uhuru also threatened Ruto to Resign from the government if he is not ready to work in improving Kenyans economy. This left many politicians and Ruto's allies upset and they even threatened Uhuru to join Tangatanga
