Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru has now come out claiming that rigging has taken place in one of polling centers in her county.
She says that two ballot boxes have gotten through Kianyaga via the back door as she condemned the act.
Waiguru is defending her Governor's seat against Purity Wangui Ngirici who is running as an independent candidate after falling out with UDA.
Her allegations comes as Counting of Votes is going on in different parts of the country where the IEBC is expected to submit final results.
However Waiguru a close ally to Deputy President William Ruto has now called for the tallying in Kianyaga to stop immediately.
"Rigging in broad day light - Two ballot boxes with governors' ballots enter Kianyaga through the back door in broad daylight! They MUST be removed and counting must stop! Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC)" Waiguru's post reads.
