
Nearly in all African countries, Elders have got a good position in determining many factors pertaining the growth of the community they are heading, some can perform rituals, bless warriors, negotiate on behalf of the community while others are rain makers.
Just a day after Kikuyu elders headed by president Uhuru Kenyatta close cousin visited Dp Ruto Karen residence, majority of other elders have distanced themselves from supporting Dp Ruto presidential bid by saying that they will follow what their leader will take them.

Others have said that they are solidly behind Raila Odinga since president Uhuru Kenyatta has guided them to do so and that makes then to rally behind Azimio one Kenya Alliance coalition.
This comes as the country is only remaining with less than 40 days to the most competitive general election where Dp Ruto who is vying for the top seat under UDA party will be battling it out with Raila odinga.
