Hon. Kabando Wa Kabando has hinted through his official twitter page saying that he is hoping that the newly elected president of the republic of Kenya William Ruto becomes different and end impunity in his administration.
President William Ruto said that in his government there won't be impunity and that Kenyans will enjoy his administration.

"If this be the case, then new dawn. Given similar pronouncements 1978, 2002 and 2013 yet mega scams happened and new merchants of impunity cropped up then, scepticism good. I really pray Ruto becomes different, Kenya will prosper". Hon. Kabando Wa Kabando wrote.
In my opinion I do believe that Dr. William Ruto will do well in his government just as he had promised Kenyans.
It's now a matter of wait and see what happens in the coming months if he will deliver his promises to Kenyans or not.
