Despite four being in the race to succeed President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, DP Ruto and Mr Odinga are perceived to be the two leading contenders as far as this looming contest is concerned.

By chosing Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua as his running mate, Raila was optimistic of making forrays and winning the hearts of a sizeable voters in Mount Kenya region. Indeed things have started to partially change to this effect.

But in what has emerged as a bad revelation to Raila and the Azimio brigade, majority of Kenyans still believe that Raila-Karua ticket is only capable of getting between 0 to 20% by 53% affirming so

21% believe that the duo can manage between 21 to 40% of the Mount Kenya region votes.16% believe that the duo can get 41 to 60% with 10,% believing that they are capable of bagging over 60% of the votes cast.

This latest poll by Kenyans.co.ke on Sunday is an indication that majority of the Mount Kenya region voters will vote against the Azimio presidential pair.
