Kenya's deputy president Dr William Ruto has today cautioned Kenyans against falling to fake and unrealistic promises made by politicians who have run out of ideas. Dr Ruto who is on a campaign trail in the Western region has cautioned the youth to be aware of these cunning politicians who promise heaven, only to deliver hell.
While drumming up support for his bottom-up economic model,Ruto has insisted that the government he intends to form after next year's general election will priotize Kenyans at the bottom tier of the social class status who include mama mboga, boda boda riders, vegetable vendors and all the other informal jobs done by ordinary citizens.
Ruto who is seen to hit out at Raila, his main opponents social economic protection plan has reiterated that the economy cannot survive on hand-outs, referring to the former's pledge to pay a stipend of 6,000 Ksh to poor families.
Deputy President has forgotten the tens of promises he made to Kenyans in the 2013 general elections and is quite busy making tonnes of others.
Kenyans, from the Doyens mouth, you got to be careful with your vote.
