DP allied bloger Dennis Itumbi has reacted after political analyst Herman Manyora revealed that the current situation in Kenya can make President Uhuru Kenyatta rule past 2022.

"To those who desire elections so much, I am dismayed. I am for caution. For instance, look at IEBC, the economic situation, rising cases of Covid-19 and the TOXIC political environment. How if all these factors precipitate a crisis that hands Uhuru a free hand to rule past 2022?" Manyora said.

Itumbi reacted to the sentiments by Manyora saying there must be elections in August 2022.
"Ndugu Mwalimu wa Lugha, waambie waliokutuma, Kenya kutakuwepo na Uchaguzi, Jumanne ya Pili, Mwezi Agosti 2022. Na hapo, hamna mjadala!"
My brother, an English teacher, tell those who sent you that there will be elections in Kenya on August 2022," Itumbi said.
