With only 32 days remaining to the August 9th 2022 general election, Wafula Chebukati and his IEBC have been doing everything possible to make sure that they are ready enough for the much awaited August poll. Much of the focus in the country is on them to deliver a free and fair general election and thus, they have been doing everything possible to sock the mounting pressure.
Today, Wafula Chebukati once again issued a statement as he distanced himself from the allegations linking him with Moses Wetangula and later, he left Kenyans talking as he revealed the number of police officers who will be in every poling station.
According to TV47 Kenya, Wafula Chebukati made it clear that there will be two police officers in every poling station during the August poll. He therefore urged Kenyans to come out in large numbers and vote for their preferred leaders because there will be enough security.
