The vote rich Mt Kenya Region has become a votes hunting zone since it has no preffered presidential candidate in the fourth coming general elections to be held in August this year. Both Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto and the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amolo Odinga have been pitching camp in the region and even vowed to pick their running mates from the region.
But it seems as if Hon Raila Amolo Odinga's running mate has already been identified and even blessed. According to K24 TV Kenya, the youths from the vote rich Mt Kenya Region have blessed the former Gatanga Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Peter Kenneth to deputize Hon Raila Amolo Odinga. They claim that Peter Kenneth has management skills that can be trusted to be in the deputy president position.
"The youths said the former Gatanga legislator has management skills that can be trusted to be in the deputy president position." Tweeted by K24 TV Kenya
