News about the President and the governor have been a little bit blurry as they have not been spotted together in public since her corruption scandals. But that hasn't deterred her from defending the president in his absence.
The Governor gave her views not long ago about BBIs flop in the high court after being quiet for some time. She was quite distasteful about the Judges cynicism towards the president, as she was quick to point out the flaws of the ruling.
One noticeable flaw, was the addressing of the President as a Mr. Uhuru rather than the designated title he poses as the Chief in command of the republic of Kenya. Many agree with this observation as it's not only rude but also disrespectful. People who practice the law should know better, one would say.
"Our constitution is not the Bible, it's a constitutional that is made by us", she added. Thus, thereby protesting against the Judges declaration that the President has no authority to make any constitutional changes.
She also stated that she has great respect for the Judges pushing a side any biasness that may be linked to her observations as she also pointed out that, she respects the rule of law and democracy.
