Deputy President William Ruto has always reminded Kenyans through his Presidential Campaigns that, once sucessfully elected President, will sort the common citizen needs first. This will be possible through his strategy of the 'bottom-up economy'. It's a strategy that he has articulately talked about in almost all his public rallies.Picture for illustrative purpose.
His bold and wise strategy has been been well defended and elaborated by one of the TangaTanga executive members Wangui Ngirici. She is a very vocal member of parliament for Kirinyaga County and a great ally of Deputy President William Ruto.
Through her facebook page Wangui has insisted that, as TangaTanga they are very much aware of what they are talking about when they talk of 'bottom-up economics'.
Attached please find her facebook post as I captured it from her facebook timeline for your review. "When we talk of bottom-up economics, we know what we are talking about. We don't sit in boardrooms or spend the entire day doing zoom meetings. We are always on the ground with common citizens sorting their needs." reads part of her facebook postPicture for illustrative purpose.
Politically we can comfortably summarize her remarks that, sorting Hustlers(common citizen) needs on the ground is what bottom up economy approach is all about, as opposed to sitting in boardrooms or spend the entire day doing zoom meetings.
