Orange Democratic Movement Party's camp has broken their silence following the report that Chief Justice Martha Koome is backing up President Ruto's bottom up economic agenda.
Led by the Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai who is also a close ally of Raila Odinga, the lawmaker has branded the president of Judiciary a new name as "Political Chief Justice" this is after she drummed up Support for the Bottom up, Koome claimed the micro, small and medium enterprises are the engine of the country's economy.
This light call from the Chief Justice has not been easily received by the Azimio side as they believe that Koome should remain very neutral in terms of politics since she represents an independent body that had also presided over the presidential petition that left the country divided.

This comes as Raila Odinga has also been accusing Martha Koome for using harsh terms during her presidential ruling something that was not warmly received by the petitioners.
