Kenya Kwanza Alliance is warming up to a looming fallout with two majao political players and their respective political parties, as it emerge that DP Ruto-led UDA has been mistreating and humiliating other constituent parties in the coalition.
Reports by Citizen Digital says that former Kiambu county governor William Kabogo is not comfortable with the candidature of Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua as William Ruto's running mate for the August nineth general elections. Kabogo admits having opposed selection of Rigathi as Ruto's running mate, adding that Kenyans cannot have him for a deputy president.
Kabogo who is also the Wakenya Tujibebe Party has said that Gachagua is a dictator who should not be DP Ruto's running mate, adding that all the cases of humiliation of candidates out of UDA during Kenya Kwanza campaigns in Kiambu County were planned by Mr Rigathi.
The citizen Digital report also quotes Kabogo admitting that his working with UDA has started crambling due to the way the Ruto's party treats other parties and their candidates.
Gatundu South member of Parliament Moses Kuria also has his reservations on the goings on in the Kenya Kwanza Alliance, caliming that the UDA leadership are locking out other parties' candidates from campaigning during the coalition's campaign rallies.
Kuria who is the Chama Cha Kazi party leader made the remarks via his Facebook post before holding a meeting with Kabogo in which the said Kiambu is in safe hands.
The two with their parties have since withdrawn from attending any Kenya Kwanza Alliance campaign rallies, leaving many thinking if they are on their way out of Ruto's camp or not.
