Reports Emerge On What Azimio Plans To Do To UDA And Farmers Party In Court

The UDA party leader and current president, William Samoe Ruto, woke up to new concerns this morning. The news broke after Mr. Irungu Nyakera, the ex-PS of Agriculture, revealed publicly what team Azimio intends to do legally against UDA and his Farmer's Party.

According to hon Nyakera's press conference, Azimio and the katiba institute have filed a complaint in court to deregister the UDA and the Farmers Party. This case was filed on Friday afternoon, saying that UDA and his party did not furnish data to the registrar of political parties, according to Nyakera, who was speaking yesterday. Because of this, Ruto will have to shift gears in order to save his party from being mocked.

"In a press statement, the party through its Chairman Irungu Nyakera says it's aggrieved by a suit filed in court on Friday morning by Azimio through its alleged proxies namely Ruth Khanali Ogolla, Chrispin Mayaka Bosire and Kevin Ndoho Macharia and a civil rights group Katiba Institute seeking to de-register UDA and Farmers Party on allegations of registration of members without their consent" said the reports.
