President William Ruto is set to embark on a two day tour of Nyanza region as he seeks to keep the region's dreams of development alive after the August 9th polls.

President Ruto is set to make a visit to Homabay County on Friday, 13th January 2023, barely three months after he toured the county.
Ahead of the Nyanza visit, State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed has revealed that Homabay County is set to gain handsomely.
Speaking at State House, Kisumu on Thursday morning, Hussein revealed that Homabay County will gain handsomely since the President will launch a mega project during hus visit.

He revealed that President Ruto will launch the first phase of the Affordable Housing Project in Homa Bay County during his two-day tour of Nyanza during his Friday visit.
The Affordable Housing Project was President Ruto's promise to residents of Homabay County during his visit in October last year, days after he was sworn-in as President.
