'Mnataka Kula Maiti' Raila Blasts Hospitals Blocking Corpses Over Bills

The former prime Minister Raila Odinga has blasted hospitals blocking dead bodies in mortuaries over bills. He has asked them to release such bodies for they cannot eat the corpses. Raila affirmed that once he formed the next government in 2022, people will be treated in hospitals and dead bodies released whether one has money or not for that's the Kenya we want.

Raila Odinga is of the view that no dead body should be retained in hospitals even if the bills have not been paid. He wonders of whether the doctors want to eat the corpse or not. He opines that moving into the future issues of hospitals torturing family members by retaining bodies must stop for it's shameful and outdated.

Raila Odinga who is fighting hard to be the next president in 2022 is of the view that all issues affecting the people will be sorted when the right time comes. The former premier spoke this words while attending a burial in Nakuru that was attended by Susan Kihika as well.

It's clear the issue of hospitals retaining dead bodies over bills has been a big thorn in the flesh of most Kenyans. It's a matter that actually must be addressed for it's shocking and baffling given the pain that families go through when bodies or their loved ones are kept by the hospitals for a longtime.
