Ngunyi Reveals Two Ways Which Ruto's Victory Can Be Nullified By Supreme Court

Law Professor Mutahi Ngunyi has revealed on how things may transpire at the Supreme Court as Azimio la Umoja plan to challenge Ruto's victory in the Apex court.

Writing on Twitter, the famous lawyer says that Ruto's victory isn't that sure even if he has been gazetted since he can be degazetted. He says that they will head to supreme court and provide all the evidence they have and ultimately they are sure that Ruto's victory will be invalidated and this will be done through a recount of the votes or seek nullification based on illegalities of the electoral process.

"People. It is not over until it is over. A gazetted President-elect can be de-gazetted. Lets wait for the invalidation of this election by the courts. There are two paths. One, court to order a recount of form 34(B). Two, seek a nullification based on illegalities. That simple," wrote Mutahi Ngunyi on Twitter.
