Laikipia county governor honorable Nderitu Mureithi received a harsh reception from Nanyuki Laikipia residents. This happens as Nderitu hosted Raila and other political leaders in Laikipia, trying to popularize ODM party and selling his Azimio La Umoja manifestos and his 2022 presidential bid.
The Azimio rally turned into a heckling session as Governor Nderitu was badly humiliated and heckled by the residents. As UDA and Dp Ruto's chants rented in the air. Residents announced their unshakable support for the Deputy president William Ruto.
In a video posted by a writer in his Facebook page account, hell broke loose after Nderitu Mureithi allegedly said that Laikipia belongs to Azimio La Umoja Movement. As he urged the residents to vote for ODM party leader Raila Odinga. Nderitu went ahead and asked the residents whether they will support baba. In quick response, the angry residents chanted UDA and Ruto's chants. They are heard saying that they don't want Raila odinga. They want Deputy president William Ruto as the fifth president of the republic of Kenya.
