There was an early morning fireworks during a live interview with Citizen Television, as Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party Secretary General Edwin Sifuna and Kakamega County Senator Cleophas Malala, over the Jacaranda Grounds Chaos witnessed earlier this week and on Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi candidature inside One Kenya Alliance.
Speaking on an interview with Citizen television, Malala claimed that ODM should not partition areas where their competitors (Deputy President Dr William Ruto) should not reached out to campaign as witnessed in Jacaranda Grounds. "I want to urge my friends from ODM to allow anybody to go everywhere and campaign, they should not say that certain individual should not go to a certain place and campaign." He said.
This statement seems to agitate the ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, who immediately replied to Malala questioning whether the Malala who was speaking is the same who spoke ahead of Bukhungu II meeting, claiming that Kakamega is his bedroom and ODM will not hold a rally there. "Is this the same Malala who was telling us that Kakamega is his bedroom and we should not hold any rally there?" He asked.
