Kenyans have mocked the Deputy President Dr William Ruto, after claiming that his opponents are ganging up against him in order to block him from winning presidency next year.
Speaking in Mombasa during his campaign rally as quoted by TV47, Ruto claimed that the opposition team led by the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga, One Kenya Alliance and President Uhuru Kenyatta have ganged up in order to block him from winning the top seat next year.
"Now there are almost 100 people plotting against me. They are disturbing the president. Tinga (Raila) is hanging there, the watermelon guy (Kalonzo) cerelac coalition (One Kenya Alliance) all in a plot to bring me down. As for me me my plans lie with Kenyans." He said.
This statement has elicited several reactions from Kenyans who have mocked the second in command for complaining about the political heat, which is just normal saying that he is just looking for sympathy votes from Kenyans. They have accused him for bringing himself down by always crying about the plot to block him from winning the top seat.
