Raila's claim on how international community is not comfortable with him

The former Prime Minister Raila Odinga is the current Azimio La Umoja one Kenya Alliance leader. He unsuccessfully ran for presidential seat on the 9th August this year where he came second after William Ruto. This was his fifth attempt after trying in 1997, 2007, 2013 and 2017 without success.

Raila is now claiming that the West is interfering with the leadership and economy of African countries. Odinga says that the West was not comfortable with his plan of making Kenya a manufacturing hub to serve East and Central Africa.

The ODM party leader also says the move by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati to announce the presidential result on 15th August 2022 despite disagreement with other commissioners was something uncalled for. He cited such kind of dictatorship can only be witnessed in Africa but not in any other part of the world.
