According to a live video shared by Ruto on his online media, a number of leaders who are allied to his Kenya Kwanza coalition thronged his Thanksgiving ceremony in Mount Kenya today.
Cicily Mbarire and Muthomi Njuki with Ruto today
The team being led by two governors who were elected under the UDA banner and who included embu governor Cecily Mbarire who was spotted sitted close to Ruto in the company of Muthomi Njuki.
Ndindi Nyoro in Meru Today
The leader who accompanied Ruto to his event today so keen to ensure that Ruto gets the much-needed support to run his administration after his win was upheld by the courts.
Also present were member of Parliament search Ndindi Nyoro, kimani ichungwa and Gladys wahome among others.
Also present was senator from kiambu who won with a landslide after the courts allowed him to contest for the seat.
The meeting comes in just a few days before Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua are sworn in as the next administration in an event that is expected to attract thousands of Kenyans.
