Starting his two days tour to Nyanza region, the Head of State, Dr. William Ruto received a kingly welcome to Homa bay county with the county boss Gladys Wanga among the top leaders who arranged and were present in the event.
Despite decisively voting for Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Raila Odinga during the August 9th Elections, the Nyanza region is among the regions that are likely to benefit from Ruto's regime with analysts terming it as a plot by the president to take over the region.
Promising development in the Homabay region among them opening the fishery industry to benefit the county fishermen, the Head of State was gifted a bullet branded his name by the County boss Gladys Wanga.
President Ruto is expected to tour Siaya County and other areas in the region as he marks the end of his two days tour. Siaya County boss and Raila's right hand man has officially welcomed the President in his county.
