The Mombasa governor has made his intentions known, after handing his papers for the ODM presidential candidate, after the party announced the interested individuals to submit.
Joho move to keep off from Raila's visit, might be seen as a signal that he is capped standing on his own, and does not need to always lean on his leader for support.
Joho's move is a show of intent, one that is meant to make his doubters take him seriously.
