As the political temperatures rise, different presidential candidates are on the move to make alliances and woo voters in attempts of making their quest come through in the August 9th general elections.As the United Democratic Alliannce and their allies in Kenya Kwanza Alliance took their campaigns to western Kenya, the Azimio La Umoja candidate Raila Odinga was in Nyeri to attend the burial of Jacinta Karugu the mother of Nyeri's deputy governor Caroline Karugu.
In the burial, the Orange Democratic Leader cleared the air off of the allegations by the Kenya Kwanza beigades that he is a state project. Odinga stated that he is not a project of president Kenyatta and revealed that he is not going to be accompanied by the commander in chief in his Mount Kenya region campaigns, for he is much able alone to fight for his bid and tussle his competitors. This comes a day before his mega rally in Muranga county tomorrow that it was speculated he will be accompanied by the president.
