Bitter Exchanges Between Sholei & A Vocal MP As She Insists Ruto Nominated The MP To The Parliament

Uasin-Gishu County women representative Hon. Gladys Boss Sholei last evening bitterly exchanged with her nominated counterpart Hon. Jenifer Shamalla over what Sholei termed as disrespect to the deputy president Wiliam Ruto.

Sholei told Shamalla point blank that she was nominated by the deputy president himself therefore, she should never show him any kind of disrespect, Sholei revealed how Ruto talked to the vocal member of parliament through the Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen's phone to pass to her the message that she had been nominated.

Shamalla on her part rubbished such claims and insisted that she was nominated by the party leadership and not Ruto as Sholei put it, she insisted that respect to the party leadership is paramount and that she was free to express herself.

Shamalla is among the nominated lawmakers allied to president Uhuru Kenyatta, she survived the suspension that recently occured in the party. Video:
