Recent reports have cited that the sole beneficiary of the BBI is intended to be Gideon Moi, contrary to the likings of ODM party. Speaking in a church service today, Siaya Senator James Orengo mentioned that some civil servants within the government had hijacked the BBI referendum that was supposed to be led by Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyongo.
