President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto and the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement presidential flag bearer Hon Raila Amolo Odinga could be political enemies, but the two leaders are friends who worked together some times back. President Ruto defeated narrowly and controversialy Hon Raila Amolo Odinga during the recently concluded hotly contested general elections.
But it seems as if Hon Raila Amolo Odinga has reaped big after president William Samoei Arap Ruto directed the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Members of Parliament to do the following ahead of Hon Raila Amolo Odinga's mega rally at Kamukunji Grounds. According to Kenyans.co.ke, the president has asked the Kenya Kwanza MPs to table bill that will give Hon Raila constitutional powers to execute his role as the opposition leader. This is a big win for Hon Raila.
