Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto said that he will not bow to pressure and instead chose to soldier on after what happened in Kondele, Kisumu County during his three days Lake Side Region tour. Chaos erupted in his rally as rowdy youths disrupted his meeting pelting stones to his motorcade causing damages. Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto and his brigade condemned the act and quickly pointed fingers on the Orange Democratic Movement party of Kenya as blame games started.
A defiant and arrogant Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto later on said that he is not threatened by anything. The DP said that he was able to climb the mountain and nothing can stop him from swimming in the Lake Side Region of Kenya. Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto went ahead and assured the residents that he is safe and nothing will deter him from reaching achieving his goals.
