The Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho has come out to contest for the top seat using the ODM ticket. He has come out to say that he has made his name and is known across the country. He has also added that he stood with the ODM leader Raila Odinga during the mock sweating of the ODM leader Raila Odinga at Uburu park.
Governor Joho has been one of the most vocal politicians in the country and especially from the Coastal region. He made headlines when he was in the active opposition and tried to make way to the an event which was hosted by president Kenyatta but was not allowed. He has been the foot soldier of the ODM leader Raila Odinga in the region.
He has expressed his interest in the top office urging the party leader to support him as a way of giving returning a hand to him for the support he has been giving him. Joho is one of the politicians whose political carreer gree very fast to avhieve what he has been able to achieve.
