On Sunday, January 23, Musalia Mudavadi, the leader of the Amani National Congress (ANC), will make a significant political announcement. However, Raila Odinga, the leader of the Orange Democratic Movement, has not been invited to the convention.
At a news conference, ANC secretary-general Simon Gikuru stated that they would never invite a competitor, including the former Prime Minister. Additionally, he stated that the invitation had been extended to the leaders of the One Kenya Alliance (OKA).
We have already extended an invitation to the OKA's principals. I'm not aware of any invitation to Raila. I haven't seen one for Jubilee either. Why would we invite our adversaries while we are commencing our presidential campaign? To whom and for what purpose? " Then, Simon Gikuru, Secretary-General of the ANC, was posed.
The ceremony will take place at Bomas of Kenya, and the former vice president will make an "earth-shattering" statement about the party's political path.
