Interior PS Karanja Kibicho in the past event
Mashujaa Day celebrations are expected in Kirinyaga County tomorrow. This program of holding public holiday celebrations was initiated by President Kenyatta. Several Counties have hosted some of holidays and it is the turn of Kirinyaga. This is the last Mashujaa celebration for Uhuru since he is serving his last term.
Many Kenyans are expecting to hear good information from the President tomorrow. Some of the expectations are opening of the economy by removing curfew and disclosing his stand on 2022 political stand. Due to Covid-19 protocols, few Kenyans have been invited to attend the celebration physically.
Interior PS Karanja Kibicho has outlined what you need to attend the event. He has stated that all invited people have the cards with colours green, red and blue.
"Invitation here is by card and if you don’t have either a red, green or blue card, you are advised to stay at home and watch the proceedings of this important function on television"- Kibicho stated.
