Bomet county senatorial race will have three top mean competing for the same seat. Wakili Sigei, Christopher Langat and Nick Salat. It is sad News for Gideon Moi's Man who is also the secretary general of KANU party as the latest opinion poll has placed him third.
According to Mizani Africa, Wakili Sigei is having a commanding lead with 70.4%, followed by Christopher Langat with14.8% then Nick Salat is third with 11.3%. This is means that the leading candidate is having a soft battle since others are far much behind him. Nick Salat has been on the forefront in drumming support for ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
He is also criticizing deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid despite the fact that he comes from his bedroom. Even though the opinion poll results don't really mean that is the outcome, it gives a hint on the situation on the ground. It simply gives direction to aspirants.
