Jubilee MP's Campaign Poster Destroyed in Nyeri County, Points Accusing Finger at Rigathi Gachagua

Incidents where campaign posters have been destroyed across the country have been on the rise with the relevant security authorities asking Kenyans to be extra vigilant to avoid such scenes.

Tolerating each other in the midst of the political storm in the country is what the National Cohesion and Integration Commission has been going about the country advising people to do.

However, the issue of campaign posters damage continues to be rampant with political foes pointing fingers at each other on a daily basis as per the reports that we have.

This morning, according to reliable reports from Nyeri County through TV 47 Kenya, Kanini Kega has accused the Mathira Member of Parliament for destroying his campaign poster.

The poster, found in his Kieni Constituency home in Nyeri County, appears to have been torn in the middle of the night by unknown goons and left there as found this morning.

Kanini Kega is seeking reelection as the next Member of Parliament for Kieni Constituency in Nyeri County on a Jubilee Party ticket which took him to Parliament as per the reliable reports from the area.

After the destruction of his campaign poster, Member of Parliament for Kieni Constituency, Kanini Kega has accused Mathira Member of Parliament of the destruction of the poster that happened last night.

Here is what Member of Parliament for Kieni Constituency, Kanini Kega, had to say, "I assure you, Honorable Rigathi Gachagua, that God willing, come the 10th of August, I will be in the 13th Parliament na wewe utakua home. Weka Bet!"
