"Of Sh3.3b gvt borrows daily 2billion 'eaten'. 1trillion looted yearly. Varsities now broke. High Sch dropouts allover. Education gains reversed. Masses CAN’T BREATH. CLUELESS PARLIAMENT. NASA #statepayroll. LOOTERS can’t smell looming #CivilDisobedienc" Kabando wa Kabando says.
His sentiments comes barely a week after he hitted out at some figures in goverment over the fuel crisis that he said were trying to take over the fuel business.
" Root cause #FuelPrices crisis due to #StateCapture #cronycapitalism aggravated by punitive taxation. Main guys running the energy sector - looted public corporations, "correct" independent power producers (IPP) - intertwined with state mandarins. Graft: bandit economy, Cartels." He opined.
