For those who never went to school but have skills, Raila promised to give them recognition of prior learning certificates to allow them get contracts.

He also promised that his government will offer decent jobs to well educated youths with requisite skills.

Nevertheless, he warned the residents against the deputy president's promises of wheelbarrows saying youths deserve better jobs.

He asked them to reject Ruto's idiologies because most of his promises are rarely fulfilled.

When he asked them on whether they have rejected the wheelbarrow, there were very faint voices emanating from the crowd meaning Raila has a lot to do in his bid to conquer the mountain.
