All Kenyans' eyes are set to the Judicial service commission as the vetting process of determining the next Chief justice of the supreme Court is expecting to kick off on Monday, at 9 A.M, date 11, March, 2021.According to the supreme Court registrar Mrs Amadi, all the questions that shall be presented before the candidates are there in place.
She further said she has received some complaints from some candidates in the list about the process, but she said everything shall be well.
However, what are the factors that shall determine the next Chief Justice. These are some of them.
1. Political influence.
According to political analysts, the political influence from the government shall contribute in a big way the next Chief justice. They said whoever shall receive the support from the government shall emerge the Victor at last.(Courtesy photo)
2. Legal experience.
Again the legal practice shall determine the next Chief justice. This means that whoever shall elaborate himself or herself with the legal jargons in a well-framed way shall take the day at last.
3. Ethical perspective.
It's remembered that the supreme President is a critical leader in safeguarding the rights of all kenyans and also number one person in defending the Constitution. Therefore, whoever shall be elected there should be a person without any corruption record nor questionable character.
