On Wednesday, Justice Mugure Thande ordered 12 activists who had filed an urgent application to serve the affected politicians with their pleadings ahead of today’s hearing. The petition seeks to stop the candidature of Rigathi Gachagua who is DP Ruto's running mate and 14 others including Aisha Jumwa, Evans Kidero, Johnson Sakaja oher integrity issues.
