The special sitting today in both senate and national assembly it was on fire. Speaker Senate Kenneth Lusaka was forced to suspend the proceedings for 30 minutes after details emerged that Mithika Linturi who is a close ally of DP William Ruto was arrested when the senate special sitting was proceeding. The National Assembly Was not soft spot either.
The motion brought to house about nominating Fatma Chege to the position of Principal Secretary Education raised temperatures on the house with John Badi and Junet Mohamed finding themselves on the wrong side.
Junet Mohammed and John Badi stated that the creation of the position was a waste of taxi payers money. Badi stated. Junet Mohammed alleged that the house must reject the appointment of the Chege in the given education position saying that thy he National assembly will rewrite history for rejecting something ones in Kenyan history.
Section of MP's like Aden Duale and David Ochieng boldly told Junet to go back to school and know how the education system works. Duale added that children of Of Junet and His go to big schools and he doesn't know why the education sector want that appointment allowed.
