President Ruto Finally Names The Awaited Cabinet, Musalia Named As Prime Cabinet Secretary

After having Kenyan to wait a little bit longer, President William Ruto has this evening has now announced his new cabinet that he do feel that will help the government of Kenya Kwanza to deliver the manifesto that it promised to it's citizen during Campaign period.These appointment of ministers who will be serving with President William Ruto has been done from State House, Nairobi.


Before the president releasing the names of the new cabinet Secretaries appointees, Ruto held a closed-door meeting with the previous cabinet secretaries among which he had earlier been serving with while he was still the second in command during the Uhuru regime. Among those who attended the meeting which was also held at State House included Raychelle Omamo, Attorney General Kihara Kariuki ,Fred Matiang'i Mr Najib Balala among others.

After the closed door meeting, Ruto now went forward and announced his new cabinet that he will be serving with so as to accomplish his legacy as he focuses the first 5 years.As promised during his campaign period, Women have been well represented in his cabinet though not meeting the 50% target as earlier promised during their manifesto launch.

Sports Docket- CS Ababu Namwamba

Health Docket-CS Susan Wafula


Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government- CS Kithure Kindiki

Ministry of Agriculture CS- Mithika Linturi

The National Treasury- CS Njuguna Ndung'u

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade- CS Alfred Mutua

Ministry of Defence- CS Aden Duale

Ministry of Transport - CS Kipchumba Murkomen

Ministry of Devolution- CS

Ministry of Lands-CS Mwangi Njeru

Ministry of Tourism-CS Peninah Malonza

Ministry of Water and Sanitation- CS Alice Wahome

Ministry of EAC Corridor- CS Rebecca Miano

Ministry of Energy- CS Davis Chrichir
