Kiraitu Murungu who heils from the larger mount Kenya region had launched his own party of Mbus which he said will fill candidates in all the political elective seats including governors, senators, members of parliament, women representatives, ward representatives.
However, the vocal governor had maintained that the party will not fill a presidential candidate hence the party will support another presidential candidate.
Merry governor is seem to have launched a fresh attacks on the Azimio La Umoja team led by the opposition chief Raila Odinga and the deputy president William Ruto.
In a report seen by the Nation, Mr. Murungi insisted that those seeking Meru votes have to enumerate the benefits the county would gain so as to improve lives of it's residents.
"One is promising you sh,6,000 every month and you clap waiting for the money. In 2013, others took the microscope and said they would provide every primary school pupil with a laptop, did you receive it?" he said.
This brings questions on who the governor would support for the top seat between William Ruto and Raila Odinga.
