ODM Official Forced To Flee As Blows, Kicks Rent ODM Meeting As Several Feared Injured

Several people were injured after chaos erupted during a an Orange Democratic Movement, ODM meeting in Kanduyi, Bungoma County after kicks and blows were exchanged as two warring factions clashed over the party's leadership in the constitutiecy.

The meeting that was meant to harmonised party Officials from Kanduyi's eight wards turned Chaotic after supporters allied to Bungoma Township MCA Joseph Maguda and Raphael Wanyama, both contestants for the ODM constituency chairmanship, fought over who should lead them. Chaos started when Maguda accused Ali Balala, the ODM party's National Election Board for trying to sneak in mbets through the party's back door in favour of Mr. Wanyama.
