Well on the other side Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi is another candidate under Azimio La Umoja Team umbrella.
Kiraitu Murungi has been having personal issues with CS agriculture Peter Munya. According to latest developments, Kiraitu Murungi was accused of campaigning for UDA party candidate in the region. Well according to latest opinion polls after UDA party rally in Meru County, Mithika Linturi is leading with 32%, Kawira Meangaza with 29% and Kiraitu Murungi comes third with 28%.
